Air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, SAT-TV, WiFi, a jacuzzi on the balcony, as well as a safe and anti-mosquito devices ensure maximum comfort. Bed linen, towels, and an iron are included, and a baby cot can be provided upon request.



The private balcony offers sea views and invites relaxation. The holiday home itself has a garden with a barbecue hut, parking facilities directly at the property, and a boat can be rented on request. The surroundings score points with gravel beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and good public transport connections. Leisure activities range from water sports, diving and boat trips to cycling and hiking tours to cultural excursions in the Kvarner Bay. The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be collected on site. Electricity, water, final cleaning, internet usage, air conditioning, heating and bed linen are included in the price.
