This brand new renovated duplex apartment is on the 1st Upper floor of a manageable apartment block in a quiet location on the outskirts of Sankt Peter-Ording. You can feel right away that attention to detail has been paid attention to and that there is a feeling of comfort. Here you will find exactly the relaxation from your stressful everyday life without sacrificing comfort. The view from the west-facing balcony over the vast marshland of Eiderstedt invites you to linger on cozy balcony furniture for 4 people. Here you lock out the hustle and bustle completely! From here you can take wonderful walks in all districts, because you are on the outskirts but still absolutely central. The idyllic grove and the fully fenced dog run area are only a few steps away.

Apartment 4:
The balcony can be reached from the spacious kitchen (with leather sofa and LED TV). The kitchen is of course state of the art, fully equipped with an oven, microwave and fridge / freezer. The lower bedroom has a 1.80 x 2 m double bed and fitted wardrobes with lots of storage space. The upper spacious bedroom (maisonette) can be reached via a staircase from the hallway, is flooded with light and has 2 single beds 0.90 x 2 m, a seating area and built-in wardrobes. In the daylight shower bathroom there is also a practical washing machine and a hair dryer. All rooms are equipped with insect protection.  Bed linen and towels are included in this accommodation. WiFi is free of charge. High chair (€ 10) and cot (€ 15) can be provided on request. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome and cost 9, - / night.
