You live directly above the beautiful beach promenade of Sassnitz. From the 8 square meter south-facing balcony you have a unique view of the Prorer Wiek. Sailing yachts, fishing boats, passenger ships and the large ferries parade for you. In the evening, the Greifswalder Oie lighthouse and the lights of Binz, Sellin and Göhren greet you.
