Režanci. The villa is situated on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. It is located in a small Istrian village, Režanci, not far from Svetvinčenat and only 12 km from the west Istrian coast. The villa offers everything you need for a comfortable stay of up to three people. Wood and stone details dominate the beautifully furnished interior. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car).

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September 4 m x 8 m 1.40 m deep).

Shopping 200 m, restaurant 4 km, town centre 7 km. Pula: railway station 25 km and airport 30 km. Main road 2 km. In summer: Adriatic Sea 12 km in Adriatic (beach 17 km in Peroj with meadow, gravel, stones, rocks and bathing platforms).

The entrance to your villa is on the ground floor, is covered, and leads via the terrace directly into the living room.
Ground floor: Kitchenette in the living room with dining area (4 seats), electric hob (ceramic cooktop, 4 rings), dishwasher, fridge (20 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 cot, TV and The baby cot is available on request on site. Living room with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, dining area and access to the terrace (garden furniture). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.
