Villa Stazzu La Sarra
Just half an hour from the airport and the Olbia ferry port, our Stazzu is high above the Gulf of Arzachena, on the northeastern edge of the Costa Smeralda, in a monumental rocky landscape, covered with scrub, wild olives and gorse. The 360 degree view from up here is breathtaking. There is always a light wind. This is particularly pleasant in the summer months.
The holiday home was built in the style and architecture of the historic Sardinian farmhouses, also called Stazzi. The location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, but still close to the sea and the city. The unique position, the breathtaking panoramic view, the sea view, the proximity to the Costa Smeralda and of course the individually furnished Stazzu with its large, private pool make your Sardinia vacation an unforgettable experience.

From the road between Cannigione and Arzachena there is a private path of about 2 km, lined with old cork oak, juniper and maquis, to the house. To get the original impression of the landscape. only the ascending part of the way is cemented. However, it can be driven on with a normal car.

On the ground floor there is the open living area with fireplace and large sliding windows, a gallery with stairs, a spacious, open kitchen with sliding door to the terrace, the dining area, as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

On the large terrace, which is half covered, there is a brick outdoor kitchen with a fireplace and gas grill. From here you can access a small solarium. The terrace and solarium have a breathtaking view.

The large pool can be reached from the terrace. It is within sight of the house. Its length makes it particularly suitable for sporty swimming.

A stone staircase, connected to the basement within the house, leads to the laundry room and the spacious apartment. It has a kitchen, dining and sleeping area and bathroom. The apartment has a partially covered terrace and its own entrance to the garden.ï »¿

The spacious kitchen inspires creative cooking. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms are individually and tastefully furnished. and designed. From the large terraces of the house you have a wonderful sea view and a breathtaking view of northern Sardinia, the Gulf of Arzachena, the Limbara Mountains and the rocky landscapes of San Pantaleo. The pool is close to the house on a hill.
