On the slopes of the Uka Mountains, with magnificent views of the sea and the greenery of the surrounding countryside, this holiday home is situated on a 10,000 m² natural plot. The house is over 200 years old and has retained its beautiful, traditional style. It consists of 2 bedrooms with bathroom and gallery above. In the centre is the spacious living room with kitchen. However, we are pretty sure that you will spend most of your time on the terrace or by the swimming pool.

You can buy local produce from private farms in the neighbourhood. Visit Opatija and Lovran, with many leisure activities and a marvellous promenade along the sea.
