About This Property
We offer you here a modern and stylishly furnished holiday home (semidetached house) - also for the use of only one of a semi-detached house or even with a number of more than 6 persons also the booking of 2 house halves.
The child-friendly non-smoking holiday home is furnished with attention to detail. It is spread over two floors and offers ample space for a pleasant stay for up to 6 people per semi-detached house.
The house is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of Hasselfelde - a "stone's throw" away in the woods of the Harz and in the western town "Pullman City Harz" and the latest attraction Harzdrenalin.
From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the mountain meadows (horse paddock next door), fields and forests of the Harz.
On the ground floor:
The lower area consists of a small entrance area, a spacious living area with sofa bed and a kitchen open to the living room and a guest toilet. A harmonious ambience and warm colors invite you to feel good. The latest TV technology (large flat screen) is a matter of course.
Upstairs:
From the living room a staircase leads upstairs with two modern bedrooms. (Both bedrooms each with 1 double bed and in the larger bedroom is an additional 1 extra bed / couch) - both bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV - and 1 bathroom (shower cabin at ground level) with toilet.
The outdoor area:
Outside there is a partially covered terrace with Gartenmäbel and barbecue and an adjacent lawn and uninterrupted views of the Harz mountains and in the surrounding fields and meadows.
The service:
A parking space for a car is located directly at the house. A 2-car can park directly in front of it or use the collective parking lot about 100 meters away.
The resort has a nice playground, which is also about 100 meters away.
Our houses are family friendly. A travel cot and high chair are available in the house.
Since the house is almost in the middle of the resin in the immediate nature, here are many interesting and varied leisure activities for nature lovers and holidaymakers.
If you do not want to bring your own bed linen and / or towels, you can rent them from us and pay locally.
For bed linen fall per person once € 8.00 and for towels (1 bath towel / 1 towel) once per person € 3.00.
There are max. 2 pets allowed per house.
Regarding subsequent guests are unfortunately only dogs pure dogs "guests" (stay only on the ground floor !!!!)who do not go to the sofa (except small dogs with their own blankets) and in bad weather conditions (such as Rain or Matschwetter) before entering the house to be cleaned. If this is guaranteed, then four-legged friends are welcome!
If you are only traveling with 2 people, we will provide you with only 1 bedroom. If you need 2 bedrooms, then you can book this locally with a surcharge per night in the amount of 5.00 €.
