The lovingly designed Villa Efrossini offers a fantastic panoramic view of the sea and the beautiful bay "Komos" and the almost untouched landscape in front. The house is only a 3-minute drive from the sea with the fantastic Komo Beach.
The holiday villa Efrossini is located on a 600 sqm plot on a small hill and is suitable for up to 5 people with 110 sqm living space.

Ideally located due to the proximity to the village of Pitsidia and the sandy Komos beach, everything is within walking distance. Enjoy fascinating sunsets, as well as colorful plays of light from Cretan nature.

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area has a pool (3.5x9.0x1.30m deep, gently sloping), veranda, terrace, shade, grill, outdoor shower, garden furniture and a private garage.

The open, fully equipped kitchen is flooded with light. A double patio door leads to the covered veranda.
In the impressive livingroom with fireplace you have a longe area, diningarea and in one corner a Cretan bed to relax or for a 5. Person available for sleeping.
A bathroom with shower and washing machine is also on the ground floor.
On the upper floor you will find the two bedrooms, each with a double bed, another bathroom with shower and the balcony, which extends across the entire front of the house.
All windows have mosquito screens.

Villa Efrossini is located on the way to the Komos beach near Pitsidia, a small, quiet village on the south coast of Crete. Pitsidia is so centrally located that you don't have far to go for anything, be it the sea, the mountains, gorges, caves, valleys, excavations or towns. Everyone can organise the holiday individually here and enjoy it wonderfully.
In Pitsidia, everything is within walking distance. For example, you can have a great breakfast in the "Onira" and end the evening with a good glass of wine in one of the many delicious restaurants.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Komos beach, and only 2 minutes by car. To the center of the village you need 5 minutes to walk.

There are music events on the village square twice a week. These evenings have a great atmosphere.

There are easy as well as adventurous hiking possibilities in the surrounding area.....

There are many sights to explore: Palace of Phaistos, Gortyna and Agia Triada archaeological sites, Moni Odigitrias monastery and much more.

Beautiful beaches: Komos, Matala, Red Beach, Kalamaki, Agio Farago, Lentas,Tripiti, Preveli, etc.

The museum in Vori or archälogical museum in Gortis are also within easy reach.
