The appealing holiday home Alpo is centrally located in the rural district of Sandhorst and consists of two holiday apartments.
Surrounded by greenery and well-kept single-family houses you will find your holiday idyll with a maritime flair.
Due to the perfect location of the house, the way to the North Sea is not far.

Bensersiel, Dornumersiel and Accumersiel - these are the closest accessible coastal towns.
There you will find bathing beaches on the North Sea, small harbors and charming restaurants.

Our well-kept apartment "Brazil" includes an approx. 400 m² large, enclosed garden plot with trees and a large lawn area.
Here children and dogs can romp and play carefree.

The cozy terrace with garden furniture and awning facing south-west guarantees you long, sunny evenings to round off eventful days.

Distribution of the apartment:

Living room: comfortable sofa, large smart flat screen TV with 55 "and stylish furnishings with a view of the garden.

Bedroom 1: a comfortable double bed, two bedside tables with lights and a wardrobe

Bedroom 2: two comfortable single beds, bedside table with lights and a wardrobe

Kitchen: accessible by a 2-step staircase. New facility with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc.

WC: separate toilet

Bathroom: chic, newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower.

For both apartments an externally accessible utility room with washing machine and freezer for common use.
