Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen (7 sqm, walkthrough room) with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (5 sqm, not heated) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Attic: Bedroom with 1 double bed.
