It consists of a living room with an east-facing balcony, a bedroom, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. An elevator is available. Towel packages, travel cots, and high chairs can be rented for a fee. The tourist tax payable in the imperial baths is payable in cash on arrival.

In addition, the apartment has a balcony in southwestern orientation. An elevator is available, as well as a parking lot directly at the entrance.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 01:00 to 10:00.
