Very good mattresses offer in both bedrooms a comfortable sleeping comfort. 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom ensuite, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and if needed extra bed. A shower room ensuite and a bathroom with walk-in shower and bath, toilet and vanity. Both bathrooms have a walk-in floor-to-ceiling shower. Additionally separate guest toilet.

Insect protection on all opening windows ensures relaxed nights. Partially covered terrace allows you to enjoy lukewarm summer rains in the open air and offers pleasant shade in midsummer. The property borders directly on the water park "Seegarten".

There is a bicycle storage room in the house, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a private parking space.
The apartment is non-smoking!

With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key-safe a late arrival is easily possible.
The final cleaning is included. Bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are provided free of charge. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.

The tourist tax and any additional services are not included in the price of the apartment and must be transferred to the account specified in our booking confirmation. An on-site payment is not possible!
Key collection takes place by means of a key safe. The code will be communicated 3-4 days before arrival. Condition is that we the complete. Payment received according to our booking confirmation!
