Casa Marifach was completely renovated in winter 2017/2018. On the 30th The extensive renovation work on the approximately 130 m² holiday home in a prime location was completed in June 2018. Although Casa Marifach is close to the center, it is absolutely quiet. Calle Oceano Antartico is a cul-de-sac. From many points of the house you can see the Ifach rock and the sea. Your vacation day starts on the top floor with a fantastic sea view. The property is approximately 600 m² in size and almost invisible. The pool is 9 meters long.

 The three bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, which also serves as heating in winter. In the bathrooms there are electrically heated towel rails and an electric floor heating. In winter, a further 5 m² of the floor can be electrically heated in the living area. The house is therefore also ideal for renting during the winter months.

Hot water is supplied via solar panels. The outdoor shower at the pool also has hot water. There is a parking space above the house.
