Then let yourself be enchanted by 100m² of history. At the Colonist House, we have taken special care to preserve the original charm of a historic building. So we have again provided the house with the typical for Pomeranian houses wooden facade made of local spruce and the baroque box windows. The bench under the pear tree, the large wooden terrace and the garden invite you to relax.

Our rustic farmstead from the time of the Ahlbeck colonists today lets you feel the atmosphere of earlier centuries. For 2 people.   The Old Swede from 1749 awaits you on a fenced plot of 2000m². The house has undergone some changes over the course of its more than 250 years of history and still has the atmosphere of early times. It was one of the first farmsteads of this kind, and as such part of the middle ages of Frederick the Great. Century promoted colonization around the Ahlbeck Lake.   On 90 m² you can expect today a living room with tiled stove, flat screen TV, DVD, stereo system, a dining room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and fridge, the kitchen integrated as an architectural feature in the historic Esse of the house , Furthermore, there is a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, automatic washing machine.
