For easy cooking, two fully equipped kitchens on the ground and first floors are practical, making everyday meals simple and convenient. Sleeping arrangements span across all three levels include 5 bedrooms furnished with double beds and single beds, offering flexibility and restful nights after a tiring day. Four full modern bathrooms serve the home, ensuring comfort and privacy during your stay. Outside, guests can enjoy garden furniture set among greenery, creating a pleasant space for morning coffee or quiet evenings in the fresh Cretan air. Parking and access to a washing area add further convenience for longer stays. The villa is just a short drive from Maleme Beach and Platanias, known for sandy shores, clear waters, beach cafés, tavernas, and water activities. The historic town of Chania, with its Venetian harbour, old streets, shops, and restaurants, is also easily reachable for day trips. This location allows you to enjoy swimming, coastal walks, local dining, and cultural sightseeing while returning to a calm village setting each evening.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
