All apartments have a balcony and are equipped with a shower, toilet, bedroom, kitchenette and refrigerator. The apartment house offers an indoor pool and sauna right next to the Schatzberg gondola lift, in the town centre. You can be taken to the Schatzberg by train. An extensive hiking area with magnificent views extends from there. In the play area of the house you can use table tennis, table football, darts and various board games and on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. you can use the sauna of the house free of charge. For the remaining days, the use of the sauna is possible for a fee. Whether on beautiful walks in the valley, alpine paths halfway up or climbing in higher regions, the high valley in the Kitzbühel Alps always invites you to new perspectives. Romantic carriage rides are also possible here. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
