A total of 160 apartments and 120 hotel rooms are spread across terraces across six differently designed buildings, each with two to three floors. The historical core of the resort is a fourteenth-century building with the Colombara Tower and an old farmhouse with stables. Garda is one of the most famous places along the lake; the best way to discover the place is to take a stroll through the old town, about three kilometers away. A free shuttle takes you to Garda at scheduled times. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Access to the wellness area and indoor pool by persons under the age of 18 is not permitted. The deposit must be paid by credit card
