Our house is located in a secluded location on the edge of the village of Roth in the wild, surrounded by meadows with direct access to the forest (about 200 m). It is only about 600 m to the Eifelsteig (stage 9 Hillesheim-Gerolstein, Rother Kopf). In the renovated basement of our house we have the comfort apartment forest and meadow newly furnished. The 65 sqm non-smoking apartment forest and meadow is located in the lovingly renovated basement of our house. It has its own ground floor entrance, a terrace and a parking space. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and / or a small family with one or two children. On request we can provide you with a cot in the parents' bedroom. It is also possible for a child to sleep in the living room on the sofa bed. In the newly furnished kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and freezer is at the same time the cozy dining area, ideal for eating together and / or entertaining games evenings. A small game selection can be found in the living room. In the living room you will also find a stove, wood for firing we provide on request for a fee, a satellite TV and a stereo. The winter garden adjoins directly to the living room and offers you a far-sightedness over meadows and forest. On the terrace you will find garden furniture and a barbecue. The bedroom has a double bed and a walk-in closet with built-in digital safe. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower.
