The apartment is centrally located in the heart of Bendorf. Within walking distance, guests will find shops, public transport and the local hospital. In addition, there are restaurants, the city park and the church in the immediate vicinity. Bendorf has a connection to the A48 and only short distances on the B42 lead into the not far away cities Koblenz and Neuwied. The outdoor area can be shared by arrangement. A parking lot is available to guests in walking distance.  The apartment has information about various activities in the area. Furthermore, the guests have Wi-Fi available throughout their stay.

The apartment offers a kitchen with comfortable seating for up to four people. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge and freezer, oven with hob and dishwasher. Also available to guests the existing microwave, coffee maker (filter and pad machine) and other equipment available. The living room with a large flat screen TV and DVD player invites you to cozy hours. The pull-out sofa bed can accommodate additional guests. In the bedroom, guests will find a large wardrobe and two single beds, which can be put together. The linen will be provided at no extra charge. The bathroom has a toilet, vanity, shower and washing machine. Similarly, a hair dryer and towels are provided on site.
