The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of Lake Malchow amid the Mecklenburg Lake District. The center of Malchow is about a 10-minute walk and Lake Malchow is about 250 meters. The picturesque small town Malchow, also called pearl of the Mecklenburg Lake District, has about 6500 inhabitants. Between hills, forest and water, it captivates with its unmistakable flair. The old city center is located on an island and is connected to the mainland via the 1846 earthquake and a swing bridge. The iron swing bridge has been in operation since 1911. The recreational Malchows are varied. Water sports enthusiasts, hikers, cyclists, riders and fishing enthusiasts will find relaxation here. Museums as well as changing exhibitions are located in historic buildings of the city. The oldest Mecklenburg folk festival on the first weekend of July is the cultural highlight of the city. Sport and fun are not forgotten in Malchow.

In 2012 the apartment was completed. It is a complete new building. On the ground floor is the living and dining area, as well as the open kitchen and the bathroom. The living area has satellite TV and radio. On the upper floor is the bedroom with a comfortable double bed. All rooms are with natural light. The apartment has a large terrace with barbecue and a lawn, and a fenced parking for the vehicle. An extra bed for a child up to 7 years is possible.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
