Apartment

The approximately 60 m² apartment offers plenty of space, especially for families. The living room has a dining area for 4 people and a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people, cable TV, DVD player, stereo. The master bedroom has a double bed and a couch. Optionally, in the attic is another bedroom with two single beds, which is accessible via a space-saving staircase. The kitchen is bright and has a dining area, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer. The large garden for shared use invites you to sunbathe and lounging. Here you can sit back in the beach chair and enjoy the Sylt air!

In a neat semi-detached house are 2 apartments for up to 4 people and adjacent a bungalow that is suitable for 2 people. All apartments are Non smoking apartments. All apartments have good facilities, such as: cable TV, stereo, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher. Wireless LAN is available (fee once € 10, -) In the back of the property is the beautiful garden for shared use, the garden chairs, chairs and beach chairs offers. Plenty of room for children to play (protected) is also available. In all apartments is self-catering. By the beach (about 5 minutes), the apartments are very attractively located. Shops such as bakers, Edekaladen, restaurants and a bike rental are in the immediate vicinity. The famous shopping street (Friedrichstraße / beach road) is about 15 minutes. Here you can extensively stroll, shopping and feasting. The Sylt wave (wellness + swimming pool) is popular with young and old.


Experience and culture for young and old: the Sylter mussel invites you to musical sounds in the warmer months. It is located on the promenade, beach entrance at Friedrichstraße.
Villa Kunterbunt welcomes its little guests to romp, crafts, paint and play. It is also located on the promenade.
A highlight in which all family members get their money's worth is the Sylt wave. The adventure and fun bath can be reached via Friedrichstraße, at the beach entrance.

Restaurants are numerous settled on the island. Try the Restaurant Seenot, right next to our apartment.

Walks: In the immediate vicinity (5 minutes walk) is a grove, which invites to go for a walk and to eat (restaurant). Directly behind the grove, separated by a small, rarely-used road, begin the fields and the nature reserve. Here you can comfortably walk to Wenningstedt and on.

Arrival on Saturdays or Sundays, off-season possible on weekdays.
