The newly designed backyard with its small garden is located directly on one of the Friedrichstädter canals and has its own jetty with a canoe, which is at your own risk for use. It is wonderful here in the sunny months, when you can end the evening right on the water. Relax with a nice glass of wine or a cold beer and watch the small boats slide past your feeder. The small townhouse is ideal for a relaxed holiday for two. On the ground floor there is the newly renovated kitchen and a new, elegant bathroom with walk-in shower. A separate storage space is also available here. On the first floor is the bedroom and a small, cozy living room. Both rooms upstairs have a sloping roof.
