The apartment Springfloot 2 (40 sqm) is located on the upper floor of the house, was renovated in 2014 and is suitable for up to two people (non-smoking). In the cozy living room you will find a TV flat screen, a mini-stereo system and a comfortable couch. The integrated in the living area new fitted kitchen has a 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, fridge freezer, and all the necessary utensils for preparing delicious food, which you can enjoy at the kitchen counter. The bar also invites to social pastime. The bedroom with a cuddly double bed is the best condition for a good night's sleep. The darkening is done with pleats. The daylight shower room with toilet has ample storage space. You can enjoy the sun on the south-facing balcony or in the garden with beach chair or good seating. Electricity, water and gas heating are of course included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels are included once. The apartment is open all year. The minimum rental is 7 nights. For bookings of 5 and 6 nights, a short-stay surcharge i. H. V. 9,50 € per person. A parking space for your car and bicycles is located at the house. A bicycle rental is right next door. For hygienic reasons, pets and smoking in the home are not allowed. We warmly welcome you in every season.

Cozy holiday house with three apartments. The house is centrally located in the village, just a few minutes walk from the market square, the riding arena and the beach St. Peter south away. Shops and restaurants are nearby and in the pedestrian village street. In the main house next to the apartments is a small shop. The house is after the renovation 2014 in good condition, the apartments convey a pleasant and cozy living atmosphere. The Wi-Fi is free.
