The tennis courts in front of the house can be used free of charge. In the basement there are two table tennis rooms. Table tennis rackets and balls are located in the apartment. A nice children's playground is available. A private parking is available for free! Pets are not allowed! In the staircase of the house 13 on the second floor is a laundry room, which is equipped with washing machines, slings, clothes dryers and ironing machines. For a fee, the machines can be used. The usage is based on use in 50-cent intervals.

Welcome to our apartment 228! The apartment is fully furnished. Due to the equipment of the apartment with a complete kitchen (incl. Crockery) there is the possibility of self catering. The living room is equipped with a large seating area, a radio, flat screen TV, Murphy bed with 2 mint mattresses and direct access to the furnished southeast balcony. New electric heaters were used. A separate bedroom with a single bed (0,90x1,90m) and bunk beds (each 0.90x2m). Bath with shower / WC, W-Lan is available free of charge. In the apartment no pets are allowed!
