You can reach this 4-person-Ferienwohnng via a fifteen-step staircase. This apartment is located on the west side of the upper floor and extends over two floors. It has a bright main living area with new kitchen and access to two balconies (south side and west side), as well as two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest bathroom with shower and toilet, despite its walnut finish. It officially has 65 square meters, although the floor space of around 77 square meters makes it look bigger. The balconies have an area of over 20 square meters. Hall, living room, and the dining area with the kitchen form an open-concept unit with a dreifenstigen dormer on the south side (with balcony access) and another balcony access on the west side. In the living room a flat screen TV and a radio are available. Since its construction in 1967, the house "Achter'n Poggendiek" is family owned, since last year now in the third generation.
