Welcome to our newly designed apartment "Sünneck" (App.2). Fresh for the new season. Almost everything NEW! The four-star comfort apartment, with separate entrance, is located on the ground floor on the lower right without general through traffic and has even more comfort. In the establishment great emphasis was placed on quality. We want you to feel comfortable in your well-earned holiday with us. The cozy, light flooded 60 sqm apartment is ideal for 4 people. It has a south-west facing terrace, which is furnished with a seating area and relaxation loungers and parasols. You also have a beach chair for sole use available. The terrace is accessible from the living area at ground level. In the living room you will find a comfortable seating area with coffee table, as well as a multimedia system incl. LED flat screen with Blu-Ray player and a stereo with CD player in front. The use of telephone (in German. Landline) and Internet access via W-LAN are part of the rental price. The new fully equipped kitchen includes complete dishes, a large refrigerator with additional 90 l freezer compartment, induction hob (time saving when cooking from 50 to 60%), oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee pad machine (Senseo) and toaster and kettle. All this provides you with the best opportunities for self-sufficiency. A new dining area with corner bench invites you to dine. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in spa shower, towel dryer, hair dryer and toilet. To your delight, the bathroom has just been upgraded with a new vanity and mirror cabinet. There are two bedrooms available. In the east-facing bedroom there are separate beds (each 90 x 200 cm, allergy-friendly, adjustable slatted frames). To the delight of the roommates is here a second flat screen. In the south-facing new bedroom is a double bed with electrically adjustable bed bases (180 x 200 cm, also allergy-friendly). The floors in both bedrooms are designed with cork flooring and fully wipeable. The floors in the living room, kitchen area, bathroom and hall are designed in granite. The windows and the patio door are equipped with high quality insect screens. Under the stairs there is an additional storage room. Furthermore, a car parking space belongs to your apartment, your bikes can be accommodated in the apartment's basement. For a fee you can use the washing machine and clothes dryer located in the communal cellar. On request you can rent a car (15,00 € / week).

The house Deichsfenne is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet location with no through traffic and only a few steps away from the Ordinger dike.
