The sheltered south-facing terrace is equipped with 4 garden chairs, a table and 2 loungers with cushions. The apartment has its own parking space. The light-filled living room contains a kitchenette and a spacious dining table with 4 chairs. In the relaxation area are couch, reclining chair and a small table. A wardrobe and a dresser complete the furniture in the living area. Satellite TV and Bluetooth speakers are also available there. The kitchenette has an oven with ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a fridge with a small freezer and a complete set of dishes. The floor is made of terracotta tiles. The bedroom has a double bed with adjustable slatted frame and new, high-quality mattresses, a wardrobe and two stools. The floor is covered with cork parquet. The room has a floor-to-ceiling double-winged window. The bathroom with shower and toilet has a window. A linen package, consisting of bed linen, two small towels, a bath towel and a tea towel per person and an additional bath mat per stay, can be booked on request.
