Apartment

The apartment is located on the edge of the southern city center directly opposite the South Cemetery. Bus and tram stops as well as various restaurants and shops (Rossmann, supermarkets, bakeries) are within walking distance.
The apartment is about 65 square meters and offers enough space for up to 4 people, is modern and equipped with everything you need for a nice stay. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
Families with children are welcome, on request there is a foldaway cot and a high chair available.
The apartment has a large terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.
There is a separate bedroom with box-spring double bed (200 x 200), a living room with box-spring sofa bed (180x200), seating and a large TV with satellite channels. The new and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine is located separately, here there is a dining area with enough space for 4 people.
The apartment has a bathroom with shower / WC.
There is always parking available in the street, for a fee you can park your vehicle in the enclosed and fully fenced yard.
Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 22:00 and by appointment.
