This beautiful holiday home on the island of Čiovo is located directly on the sea and offers two modern, fully equipped apartments - ideal for families or couples looking for relaxation in a quiet environment. The accommodation is located in a small village with a magnificent view of Kaštela Bay and the city of Split. The pebble beach is only 20 m away and offers restaurants, a beach bar and various leisure activities.



The attic apartment offers space for up to 4 people on 55 m² and features two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open living, dining, and kitchen area. From the living room, you can access the covered terrace with a sea view – perfect for starting the day with breakfast in the morning sun or enjoying the sunset in the evening.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils. The adjacent dining area offers space for up to 6 people. In the cosy living room, there is a corner sofa, SAT-TV and air conditioning available.



The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds - ideal for children or friends. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Bed linen and towels are provided, WiFi is available free of charge.



Two parking spaces are located directly at the house, an outdoor shower provides refreshment after bathing in the sea. Pets are not allowed.



The location is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday with short distances: The nearest supermarket and a restaurant are only 20 m away, the centre of Slatine is about 1 km away. You can reach Trogir with its historic old town after approx. 5 km – buses and ferries run regularly from Slatine. The Split airport is only 8 km away, Krka National Park around 50 km.
