The house is located in a small, idyllic village with a breathtaking view of Kaštela Bay and the city of Split. The beautiful pebble beach is just 20 m away and offers restaurants, a beach bar and various leisure activities.



The apartment on the first floor offers space for up to 4 people on 60 m² and features two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The cosy terrace with sea view invites you to have breakfast outdoors or to enjoy relaxed evening hours overlooking the sea.



The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds - ideal for children or friends. In the bright living room, you will find a SAT TV and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle and all necessary cooking utensils. Bed linen and towels are provided.



The house includes several terraces, a private barbecue area, and an outdoor shower. Two parking spaces are available directly at the property. Wi-Fi is available, pets are not permitted.



The location is perfect for relaxation and excursions: The centre of Slatine is about 1 km away, Trogir with its historic old town can be reached after about 5 km. Buses and a ferry run regularly from Slatine to Trogir. Split Airport is only 8 km away, and Krka National Park is about 50 km away.
