The apartment features a bright bedroom with double and single beds, a modern bathroom with shower and private washing machine, as well as an open living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers an electric cooker, refrigerator, freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and all necessary cooking utensils. SAT-TV, air conditioning and heating ensure comfortable hours in your temporary home.



The 11 m² covered terrace invites you to have breakfast outdoors or to enjoy a relaxed evening meal and offers a cosy seating area. The separate entrance guarantees privacy, while the gravel beach with natural tamarisk shade directly in front of the apartment enables a gentle access to the water.



The family house has a well-maintained garden, a barbecue area and a private parking space. Within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach shops, restaurants and taverns. The surroundings are quiet and green, ideal for couples or small families looking for a beach holiday and relaxation.



Leisure activities such as water sports, boat trips, bicycle and jet ski rental, and playgrounds for children are located in the immediate vicinity. Some additional services can be used for an extra charge. Bed linen, towels, final cleaning, electricity, water, and WiFi are included in the price.
