The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for meal preparation, including electric cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment and dining area.



The generous 24 m² terrace with partial roofing and sea view invites you to have breakfast outdoors or sunbathe. Air conditioning, heating and WiFi ensure pleasant comfort, while the separate entrance provides privacy. In front of the apartment is an idyllic gravel beach with natural tamarisk shade and gentle access to the water.



For additional relaxation, you can use the grill in the garden or the private parking directly at the house. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and taverns can be conveniently reached within a few minutes' walk. The surroundings are quiet and green, ideal for families, couples or small groups who want to combine beach holiday and relaxation.
