Newly built in 2014, the Villa Ilse is ideally located in the Labahnstraße of the seaside resort of Heringsdorf, approximately in the middle between the Bansin and Heringsdorf piers. To the fine Baltic Sea beach of the seaside resort Heringsdorf and the promenade is only 400 m. Shops and a bakery for fresh bread in the morning are in the immediate vicinity. A parking space is provided free of charge.

Apartment Villa Ilse:
The 2014 newly built apartment is located on the second floor of Villa Ilse in beautiful Heringsdorf. Up to 4 people can spend a wonderful and especially relaxing holiday in the apartment. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, a bathroom with shower, a lovingly furnished bedroom and a balcony. Due to the direct proximity to the beach promenade (300 m) all conditions for a relaxing holiday by the sea are given. Shops (100 m), restaurants, and bus stops are within easy walking distance. The beautiful island of Usedom or the place Heringsdorf offers many possibilities for the guests: You can relax on long beach walks, explore the beautiful corners of Usedom by bike etc.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
