In Geretsried-Gelting, only a few kilometres from Lake Starnberg, the holiday flat "Gelting" is located on the 2nd floor of a well-kept house. The light-flooded apartment with its own entrance offers 98 m² of living space. It consists of a cosy living room (with a pull-out double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people), a very well-equipped, bright kitchen with a dining area, one bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed) as well as one bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is ideal for 2-4 people. There is, however, the possibility for additional people to sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room and a single bed in the bedroom, so that a maximum of 6 people can be accommodated. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans and satellite TV. The accommodation also offers board games, children's books, a cot, a crib and a highchair, which makes it particularly child-friendly.

From the living room and kitchen you reach a private balcony with a view of the well-kept garden. The south-facing balcony with mountain views is accessible from the kitchen and a large west-facing balcony is accessible from the living room. Surrounded by high hedges and beautifully landscaped, this accommodation provides guests with a real feel-good atmosphere. In addition, garden furniture and a sunshade are at your disposal so that you can spend pleasant hours in the fresh air even on very warm, sunny days. The nearest grocery store is 550 m away and a selection of restaurants is just 1.5 km from the house. Lake Starnberg is 9.4 km or a 16-minute drive from the holiday apartment and the beach of lake Starnberg is 24 km away.



Parking spaces are available on the property and on the street.

The apartment is exclusively for non-smokers.

A special technology with a fine dust filter ensures active ventilation with a constant supply of fresh air when the windows are closed. This prevents the entry of allergy-triggering pollen and fine dust.

The bed linens are suitable for allergy sufferers.
