Ground floor: large living room (approx. 30 m²) with dining area and tiled stove. Cable TV, CD, telephone and WiFi connection. Separate kitchen with u. a. Dishwasher, oven, microwave. Shower room with guest toilet.
Upper floor:
Upstairs are three bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has two separate single beds, another bedroom has a built-in single bed and a sofa bed and another bedroom with a double bed has its own washing facility.

A sunny south-facing terrace with a small garden connects to the living room. Beach chair and garden furniture are available.

Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival
