The apartment is located in the 2-storey apartment house "Haus Nordland" in the 1. Floor. The house is not far from Wenningstedt village pond. On the ground floor of the house are various practices and retail stores.

1-room apartment about 33 m² for 2 persons.

In the living room are 2 corner couches for sleeping. In front of the north balcony is the dining area. A kitchenette is located in the hallway. From here you get into the interior shower room.
Washer and dryer (coin operated) are in the basement of the house.
A dog can be brought on request.
On the property is a parking space available.
