Small thatched cottage in beachfront location

Location:
The gem "house sunshine" stands on a fenced plot in a quiet and beach location in the northern part of Westerland directly on the beach crossing distress. The city center is within walking distance in a few minutes.

Approximately 80 m². For 5 persons

Equipment:
On the ground floor is the living room with comfortable seating and in a bay window a reading area with armchair. The bedroom has a double bed and its own sink. The shower room has a window. About the kitchen with dishwasher and you get into the attached conservatory. Here is the dining area.

A washing machine can be found in the basement of the house.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with two separate single beds and another small bedroom with a single bed. Also on this floor is a bathroom, only with toilet and sink.

Wi-Fi is available to guests.

A garden hut is available for your bikes, a car parking space is on the property.

Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This is calculated separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
