This modern, spacious architect-designed house offers enough space for up to 8 people (possibly also other small children) to relax. It is located in the 1200-year-old town of Petershagen on the Weser Cycle Path in a residential area. The city center, around 1 km away, and the Weser river, 1.5 km away, can be easily reached on foot. The nearest supermarket is only 300 m away.
On the ground floor there is a spacious, light-flooded living and dining area with TV and fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen and a large bedroom with sleeping facilities for 4 people. The attractive bathroom with shower, toilet and 2 sinks as well as 2 further bedrooms are upstairs. One bedroom is furnished with a French bed for 2 people, the other with 2 single beds. Both rooms have televisions. In the basement you will find a guest toilet and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
The living room is adjoined by a terrace and a very large garden (garden furniture available). Children will find plenty of space to play outside (trampoline, small slide, sandpit with sand toys available).
