Equipment: In the living room of the apartment are a couch and, in front of the window, the dining area. In a wall unit, the double wardrobe bed is housed. The kitchenette is open to the living room. The bathroom has a shower. In the apartment there is Wi-Fi.

A car parking space is located on the house belonging parking deck, which is accessible only to the residents of the house.
