Our new ground floor terraced house is very tastefully and modern equipped and scores on about 57m ² with bright, spacious rooms. Located directly on the Gelting Bay, the cottage offers the perfect starting point for a comfortable holiday between the Baltic Sea and Schlei! The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is only about 1.2 km away and the nearest shops are within easy reach.
The bright living area has a comfortable sofa with flat screen TV, and a top-floor kitchen with all the technical amenities you need for your vacation. Leisurely sleepers will find the holiday guests in two bedrooms; one with a double bed, the other with a single bed. A large bathroom with walk-in, large shower, hair dryer, toilet and washing machine is also available.
Outside, there is a private garden with a terrace and a comfortable sitting area. The sun loungers in the garden invite you to sunbathe and relax and a parasol offers you sometimes a shady spot.
In addition, a reserved parking space in front of the property is available for free use. Also your brought bikes can be safely stored in the lockable shed. The only 120 meters away Wackerballig is a tranquil district of the air and Kneipp spa Gelting and offers a beautiful Baltic Sea beach and a marina with restaurant and bistro, only about 1 km from our holiday home 'Baltic Angel' away.
The environment is characterized by the eastern hills and is ideal for long walks and bike rides. The Geltinger Birk is a beautiful nature reserve, which is only 4 km away - go biking, Nordic walking tours or an extensive walk of several hours around the Birk and observe the numerous species of birds, Scottish highland cattle - with luck you can the Konik wild horses spot.
Note: The house was built in the new housing development 'Geltinger bay'. Also in 2019/20 work continues on the development, so that is to be expected with construction activities in the neighborhood. This circumstance is already included in the room rates.
