The property is located in a quiet building in La Herradura, on the inspiring Costa Tropical in Andalusia.
The provincial capital of Granada with its many historical sights, as well as Malaga can be reached in an hour's drive.
The bus stop is five minutes away.
Purchases and settlements can also be done comfortably on foot.
A market, cafes, restaurants and other places to go out can be found along the beach promenade and in the side streets.
From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the town, the sea and the mountains.
Since "Lucy", the hospitable house cat and (mostly on weekends) also a sociable Weimaraner named "Baku" has her home with me, it is unfortunately not possible to bring additional four-legged friends with you.
