Our house is located in a quiet, sunny location on the outskirts below the vineyards.

It is the starting point for numerous activities such as hiking, cycling or water sports and offers the perfect start for the long-distance trail "Moselsteig".

Within walking distance you can explore the historic center with its long history, be pampered by the gastronomy and taste the wines of local winemakers.

The Moselle town of Cochem and many other destinations are also easily accessible by public transport.

The approximately 42m2 apartment is fully equipped and furnished with great attention to detail. In addition to a living / dining area, it has a separate bedroom with furnished balcony, and a shower room with rain shower.

Here you can start the day relaxed with a hearty breakfast and after the impressions and excursions of the day the evening with a glass of wine on the balcony.
