Apartment

A comfortable 1-room apartment (non-smoking) in the 2. Floor of an apartment house built in 2000 with other apartments. The apartment has south facing position and a 7.5 m² balcony with direct view of the beach road, the promenade of Baabe. The sandy, kilometer-long beach is only about 150 m. The apartment is assigned a private parking space. You can use our two bicycles and Wi-Fi for free. In the beach road there are many restaurants, shops, bakers and doctors. In the immediate neighboring village is the AHOI Rügen bathing & adventure world. The apartment is available on arrival from 16 00 clock, the departure must be done by 10 00 clock. Visitor's tax is charged in the Baltic resort of Baabe (see www.bababe.de). 

Apartment 8:
A comfortable 1-room apartment (non-smoking) No. 8 in the 2. Floor of an apartment house with a floor area of 36.3 m² and a living area of 28.7 m². The apartment has south facing position and a 7.5 m² large balcony which is equipped with a remote-controlled sun awning, an insect-proof sliding door to the living room and comfortable wooden balcony furniture. The balcony overlooks Strandstraße, Baabe's promenade. The beach is only about 150 m. The apartment has an open fully equipped kitchen (electric stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment) .The room is equipped with a folding double bed (140 cm x 200 cm), a double sofa bed, a music system, LED flat screen with cable TV and DVD player. The bathroom has a shower / toilet, towel rack, hair dryer.  The apartment has a small storage room. The apartment is assigned a private parking space No. 8. You can use our two bicycles in the closed cellar and Wi-Fi for free. Upon request, bath and bed linen can be booked. Baabe levies a season-dependent Kurabgabe, which is calculated plus the travel price. 

Arrival is possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and departure from 00:00 to 10:00.
