The house is located in a traffic-calmed side street of the spa Wiek. In the village you reach within walking distance shopping for daily needs (eg. Edeka), restaurants of all kinds, the harbor with jetty and chalk bridge and the lagoon with promenade. From the harbor, you can take boat tours to the car-free island of Hiddensee. Surfing, SUP and boat rentals are also offered in the resort.


The apartment has a living space of approx. 60 m² and was renovated in 2019. She is divided into
