The newly built villa in Kavran, close to Krnica, which extends over a 950 square metre delineated private plot, is a modern building that exudes luxury and cosiness. Well-tended grass spreads throughout the villa, creating a perfect green oasis for sunbathing. You can relax on a covered terrace with a magnificent panoramic view of the sea. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
