We offer spacious two-storey apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden with terrace on ground floor and living room with grand terrace, kitchen. Free Wi-Fi,A/C, Garage.

In the dining room there are: sofa, coffee table, SAT TV, DVD with CD/MP3 dining table; living room has direct access to spacious terrace that offers magnificent view of the sea and the mountains. Living room is equipped with air conditioning and fans.

The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery, plates, fridge,toaster,coffee machine electric kettle, electric cooker with ceramic plate and dishwasher.

One bedroom has a double bed and the second one has two single beds; both bedrooms are air conditioned and have large wardrobes.

On the ground floor guests have private garden with sitting area with a view of green areas and on the first floor there is a large 50m2 terrace, with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. Terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture (sunbeds,table and chairs,sun umbrella)

The apartment also has a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located in a quiet and cozy residence with well-maintained swimming pool, tennis court and playground for exclusive use of residents. Entrance to the premises, swimming pool area, garage and other facilities is possible with remote control.

Only 800 meters from the sea, it takes 15 minutes on foot and during the walk, you can admire Mediterranean greenery: bougainvillea, jasmine, oleander and palm trees.

Small shops and bars with free Wi-Fi internet are approximately 100 m away and a large shopping center with restaurants, shops, etc.: Mercadona, Lidl, Consum,at the entrance to Gran Alacant about 2.5 km. The shopping center can be easily reached by bus or tourist train. The bus runs every 30 minutes. (From 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. pm to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays and 10:00a.m to 3:00 p.m. on Sundays). The ticket costs EUR 1-1,70.
