We offer our guests a cozy apartment for up to 4 people. 70sqm apartment with comfortable couch and TV, kitchen with electric stove, oven, coffee maker, fridge and freezer Kettle, shower and toilet are separate premises, entrance hall and a large balcony and beautiful garden with terrace and stunning views of the Tennengebirge.

Internet access with Wi-Fi (free) Bed linen, towels are of course available. Ski storage room and 3x covered parking for your car. Playground and dwarf ponies for the kids.

Our house is located in a quiet, sunny location 1.5km from the center of Abtenau, the capital of the Lammertal. An idyllic hiking trail leads you to the center of Abtenau. A 3-minute walk takes you to the next inn serving typical Austrian dishes. The cross-country ski run leads past the house.

Trail and ski lifts in the immediate vicinity. Free shuttle bus to the Dachstein West ski area at 200m. Our house can be easily reached without snow chains.
