The non-smoking apartment no. 31 is a 2-room apartment in the 1996 built in the classic spa style Villa Buskam and was completely renovated in 2018. The Villa Buskam is located in the middle of the picturesque center of the seaside resort Göhren in a quiet side street. In the immediate vicinity you will find everything you need for your holiday. Supermarkets, bakery and restaurants are right around the corner. The northern tourist beach and the unspoiled south beach are within walking distance.

The Non smoking apartment 31 is located in the 2nd Upstairs and is about 40 m² in size. It is bright in a modern design and allergy friendly and comfortable for max. 2 persons + 1 infant up to 3 years in cot set up. The friendly entryway has a floor-to-ceiling built-in closet with ample space for your clothes and a very large mirror. You will also find a shoe rack with bench. In the light-flooded living area you can relax after an eventful day wonderfully, here you will find a high-quality couch, a coffee table, a reading lamp, a dining area with 2 comfortable cantilever chairs and a flat screen TV and a CD radio. With an exciting book (a selection of books you will find in the apartment) or a good glass of wine you can round off the day. Even on vacation, you do not need to give up wireless access, because this is included for you. From the living area you reach the approximately 12 m² large and furnished balcony (northeast), which invites you for a sunny breakfast or to relax on the comfortable sun loungers. The open and modern kitchen is equipped with every comfort and high quality appliances. These include microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and various kitchen utensils. In the tastefully furnished bedroom, you can recharge your batteries in the box spring bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m) with comfortable toppers and bedside tables. A blackout curtain provides a restful sleep. The interior bathroom, which appears very bright due to the lighting, is completely furnished. It includes a sink with vanity unit, a shower with a very low entry, a toilet, a separate bathroom cabinet, a built-in radio, a hair dryer, a vanity mirror, a towel radiator and large storage areas. All windows have been provided with pleats. The apartment has a car underground parking space (entrance height 2,00m) in the immediate vicinity and its own lockable bicycle storage. In addition, you have a washing machine / dryer room in the house you can use exclusive. The always available underground parking space is reserved for you in the Poststraße (Rewe-Markt) - within 3-4 minutes easy to reach on foot. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
