The well-tended middle row house "Moll" is suitable for 2 - 4 persons and is quietly situated, however directly to the center and also to the beach (about 800 m) it is not far.

The living area of the approximately 70 m² holiday home is spread over two floors. The ground floor is the living-dining room - bright and friendly, as well as the kitchen. The living area has a cozy sitting area, as well as a large dining area. From the living area you have access to the furnished terrace and the small fenced garden. The bright little kitchen is u. a. equipped with an oven, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a freezer, many more kitchen appliances are available. On the ground floor is a small storage room. In the 1. Floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom with bath / shower function. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed (dimensions: 1.80 x 2.00 m - separate mattresses), as well as a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds (dimensions: 0.90 x 2.00 m and 1x2 m) also here is a wardrobe available and also a small table with chairs is available.
