Apartamento FRAY GREGORIO, from the cut like apartment "C" or "E", is on the 2nd floor and has an additional special feature: from the living-dining area, a spiral staircase leads directly up to its own spacious roof terrace (approx. 45 , 5 m2). From here you can enjoy the view of the open Atlantic, the harbor bay, the winding old town and the neighboring Cadiz.
Loungers and parasols, a teak table and chairs are at your disposal in this small, green private paradise. On a living space of approx. 45 m2, this apartment also has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 single bed; additional bed on request), fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Up to 4 people find enough space for joy, fun and relaxation.

CASA ATLÁNTICA is located in the small Andalusian town of Rota near Cadiz, on the Costa de la Luz, in southern Andalusia, directly on the Atlantic.

CASA ATLÁNTICA impresses with a particularly attractive location: you live in the historic, lively old town and only 150 meters from the finest sandy beach. You can definitely do without a car, everything interesting, worth seeing and necessary is within easy walking distance.

The beaches of Rota are excellent in terms of spaciousness (14km), variety (city beach, natural beach, dune landscape, child-friendly family beach), cleanliness and facilities.

The closer and further surroundings invite to interesting excursions and activities.

Furnishing and equipment: All apartments have 2 bedrooms, a living-dining area, a bathroom and a separate kitchen. The kitchen is only integrated into the living-dining area in the maisonette "Fray Ambrosio".
The kitchens are generously equipped and suitable for self-catering. You have a stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and hand blender. We have provided enough crockery, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils for you.
All bedrooms are equipped with a built-in closet.
Cots are available on request.
The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, shelves, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer.
The living-dining area is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, side table and reading lamp. There is also a dining table with at least 4 chairs.
A modern TV and internet access (WLAN) are available free of charge in every apartment.

Services: At Casa Atlántica we offer you individual living with unobtrusive service. Our modern, cozy, Andalusian-inspired apartments are comfortably furnished and offer space for 2 to 6 people. Both the weekly change of bed linen and towels as well as the final cleaning upon departure are included.

For reservations at the turn of the year: welcome including sparkling wine.

Energy costs: In order to promote environmentally conscious and sensible energy consumption and to support economical tenants, we have agreed on the following regulation for energy costs: The rental price includes the costs for water, waste disposal and the basic electricity charges; Electricity consumption is charged at 25 cents / kWh. Each apartment has its own official counter.
Deposit: On the day of arrival, you deposit a deposit i. H. v. € 100.00 in cash, the refund, minus any damage or loss, is made on the day of departure, also in cash.
If you book less than 7 nights, we charge a one-time surcharge i. H.v. € 60.00, payable on the day of arrival.
